Happy Friday! Hopefully your 2013 is off to a great start. If not, make it great. The cold snap in Colorado has finally lifted and we are seeing temps above freezing and some beautiful sunshine. The blazing sunshine just invites you to go enjoy the outdoors.

12 Minute Athlete – 7 Surprising Ways Exercise Can Make You Happier – The 7 reasons are good, but I personally like this line from the intro – “I started realizing that no matter how bad of mood I was in, if I fit in some exercise, whether it was a tough workout or even just a walk outside—I felt loads better.” It’s easy to find excuses to not exercise, but if we make time, each day can be more enjoyable.
